We are looking for proactive colleagues with a competitive spirit and results-driven to join our company as a Business Manager in Shkoder, Albania.
Join our Transcom family in the role of Business Manager for Shkoder site.
The Business Manager (BM) is responsible for the management of the assigned Client and is responsible for the P&L of the service lines that he/she is managing. The BM is responsible for daily contact and reporting to the Client. The BM ensures the implementation and monitoring of operations support processes, guaranteeing the profits and growth of its Client, through the management of its work team, definition and control of objectives for measuring the satisfaction levels of the Client, with which it maintains on-going intermediation and negotiation.

What we are looking for:
Minimum studies: University diploma or degree (Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar) or equivalent higher qualification.
Specific training and/or work experience in team management, commercial strategies and sales techniques is an advantage.
Fluent in italian C1/C2
Fluent in English (minimum B2).
Availability to travel.
Willing to relocate (if the candidate is not from Shkoder)
Proven experience as a Business Manager,or other similar roles 3-5 years
Experience in the Telco industry (It’s not a must).
