What youll do:
Support the users by inbound calls for technical issues, identifying and managing the hardware and software anomalies found;Track the assistance activities in the Trouble Ticketing tool (ticket opening, updating, closing and customer notification - ticketing Dynamics tool);When appropriate, you forward the tickets to the competent structures;Support the technicians sent to the territory;Interface with the various company structures for non-standard troubleshooting.
Who you are:
You have knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems (drivers, logging, services, logical units, local paths);Knowledge of the hw and sw components of PCs and servers;Experience in network technologies and protocols, routing, switching;Experience of the main remote connection systems;Fluent in arabic.
