Role purpose: To sell and promote company products and services in line with the guidelines and policies defined by the company, in order to achieve the sales targets determined by company.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Delivering results
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets as set by the company
Customer Satisfaction
• Build customer loyalty through excellent customer experience
• Promote Vodafone products and services according to commercial priorities.
• Take ownership on improving customer experience with the company (complains follow up)
• Implement company procedures and policies in a correct manner
Administration
• Ensure correct archiving of documents and forms
• Inform on any mal functioning of all operations in shops Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
• Education / Experience
• Business university degree preferred
• Experience in sales
Specific Knowledge:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to explain all the information confidentiality and clearly
• Ability to work within the target set
• Demonstration of customer focus providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to perform within a group
• Good command of Albanian language. English preferred.
• Good understanding and usage of new technologies and trends.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office programs
Business Understanding:
• Good understanding of the are
• Understanding of the telecom business
• Understanding of the telecom market and applications
