We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Remote Junior Recruiter
Duration: 40 Hours a Week; 5 Days a Week: 10 am EST until 6 pm EST
Pay Rate: $4/Hour with $150 Commission for Each Staffed Role; $1/hour Salary Increase after Year 1 and then $.50 Cents increase afterward
Remote: 100% Remote Work
Payment: Payment every two weeks via Western Union in Euros
Most Important Skill Set:
1. Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, or any Hiring experience is a plus.
2. Experience with Human Resources interviewing candidates in English is a plus.
3. Experience talking English daily is a plus.
4. Must have their own PC/Laptop
