On behalf of a multinational corporation specializing in electrical and digital building infrastructure, a global leader in electrical and digital building infrastructures, offering a wide range of products and solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, we are looking for a Commercial Manager.
Job Summary:
The Commercial Manager will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the short and long-term marketing and sales strategy for the products in the Albanian market, aligning with the global strategy. This position is pivotal in driving the development, competitiveness, and profitable growth of the company in the region. The Commercial Manager will oversee the presentation of the brand and manage market trends, marketing initiatives, and budgets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement short and long-term marketing strategies aligned with our global goals.
Ensure the competitiveness and profitable growth of our products in the Albanian market.
Present our brand effectively and manage our market image.
Monitoring and evaluating market competition and industry trends.
Analyze sales results and business actions to assess impact on goals; adjust plans as needed
Collaborate with internal departments to optimize resource utilization and achieve objectives.
Analyze performance of marketing initiatives and manage budgets effectively.
Implement Group Marketing Reporting requirements.
Prepare price lists for the Albanian market, adhering to global pricing policies.
Focus on B2B sales and marketing orientation, targeting specific customer segments.
Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Conducting market research and customer surveys to identify opportunities.
Collaborating with global marketing teams to localize and implement global strategies.
Participating in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop proposals for selling and promoting our products to selected target groups.
Create or adapt communication tools such as catalogues, posters, and other POS tools.
Utilize XLS/PPT skills for analysis, price lists, reporting, and presentations.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial with a strong focus on the B2B segment.
Proficiency in English (B2 level).
Experience in project management.
Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Creative and innovative approach to marketing.
Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
Strong relationship-building skills with customers.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills; ability to interpret complex data and manage complexity.
