OFFICE ASSISTANT
Main duties and Responsibilities:
Office management: oversee administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations, identifying office needs and ensure they are properly met
Assist lawyers in various duties by dealing with administrative matters
Monitoring and tracking the progress of all ongoing projects and reporting to each head of section
Organize and attend meetings, take minutes of the meeting where necessary
Organize, update, and maintain office systems and files, whilst ensuring the confidentiality of documents
Skills and requirements
University degree in a relevant area
Able to speak and write with a high standard of English and Italian
Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Able to work multifunctional tasks in the pressure of time
Pleasant personality with a can do attitude
Able to work in team
