Financial Planning Team Manager
Purpose of the position: Manages and ensures report of financial and non-financial package for One Albania forecasts and Business Plans. Effective Control of Operative Expenses & Capital Expenses. Preparation of business cases and other financial models to evaluate various investment alternatives and cost efficiencies.
Main Tasks:
Coordinating and managing the preparation of the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
Perform financial analysis and taking the necessary action, based on the monitoring results, to ensure the budget control.
Acting as a key business partner in tracking performance and driving profitability.
Ensuring cost efficiency; investment management and preparation of business cases and other financial models to evaluate various investment alternatives.
Ongoing monitoring of functions budget, contracts, and approval of purchase request expense in SAP and release upon proper approvals as per One Albania PR policy.
Manage relations with business partners and advise to relative stakeholders.
Provide oversight on internal controls and audit related matters.
Enterprise Risk & Insurance management with responsible risk evaluation, monitoring, and mitigation.
Directing and coordinating the team for ensuring their appropriate motivation, engagement, and commitment towards the achievement of the company’s corporate objectives.
Education: University degree in economics, finance, and accounting.
Experience and Qualifications: 5+ years’ experience in a similar position.
Skills:
Very good command of English.
Very good communication skills.
Organizational and team building motivation skills.
A good general knowledge of the operations of the telecom business.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through complexity.
Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced computer skills in MS Office.
