Knowledge of spoken and written English

Must demonstrate ability to learn and apply new information
Typing 25 words / minute
Knowledge of MS Office
Ability to browse the Internet
Previous experience in the call center industry is preferred.
Possibility to work from HOME from all over Albania "Live Locally and Work Globally" (it is necessary to have a dedicated space and an internet connection).
