JOB DESCRIPTION- Training Senior Specialist
Job Duties:
Actively participate in ICE meeting regarding new projects/ releases and prepare up front training materials for the team.
Review and create policies and procedures for each product and process.
Prepare training materials for the team for every process delivered from the front and back team.
Update scripts continuously in accordance with sales strategy, releases etc.
Organize training on existing procedures/and new procedures as per need.
Perform exams frequently online and physically to measure and improve the awareness of the team.
Identify weak points and training needs for all CX staff.
Organize branch visits to measure the sales service and identify needs for improvement.
Perform training for newly hired employees and coach the candidate for the trial period.
Will be responsible for continuous improvement based on learner feedback and best practices.
Knowledge and skills required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a very dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with limited supervision, and be a self-starter.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
Ability to design, develop and/or deliver training programs.
Ability to lead and guide others to develop new skills or knowledge that will enhance their work.
Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Education/ Experience
BS degree in Education, Training, HR, or related field
Experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
Experience in a financing institution or similar position would be considered an advantage.
Proficiency of English language at least level B1/B2
Driving license
