We are seeking for a Trade Marketing & Revenue Manager for a company specializing in FMCG industry.
MAIN ROLE REQUIREMENT: Contributes to the identification of customers, clients, and trend categories, helps to utilize new product opportunities based on Trade Marketing strategies to build value throughout the supply chain.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads the Trade Marketing sector, respecting the company's commercial policies, the company's strategy in relation to sellers and the quality of the brand.
Leads the preparation of Trade Marketing plans in an integrated way by identifying opportunities that appear in the market.
Ensures that the brand objective is well achieved in all marketing channels.
Proposes commercial projects and clear promotional guidelines concerning the client / buyer.
Manages the objectives and performance of Trade Marketing through training and guidance.
Manages cooperative relationships with customers, which determine value based on the business plan and strategy of the company.
Understands customer performance and emerging opportunities.
More specifically, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Follows Trade Marketing strategy and Execution Plan.
Proposes actions on how to increase sales revenue from a particular channel / customer.
He/she guarantees the professional development of the staff in the sales team, with regards to the strategic goals to achieve, by offering training and improvement paths according to the competence model adopted by the company and Monitors staff performance.
Contributes to the development of the Business Plan.
Job requirements regarding Knowledge, Experience and Skills
University degree in Economic Marketing or Business Administration or similar fields.
Over 4 years of marketing experience.
At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in beverage companies
Strong skills in creating a winning vision in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on trade, promotion, sales, and partnership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Oriented to group work. Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of Italian will be considered an advantage).
Fluent with MS Office packages.
