BROTECH Brands is focused on the lighting industry since 2012. We are serving to our customers and partners through our department Led Zone, through our showroom Led Shop and we also solve lighting projects through our department Memo Lighting where we have lighting engineers and architects.
Job position: Commercial Manager
Location: Tiranë
Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and analyses data and market insights about lighting products;
Search for insights into consumer needs according to our sales channels, Wholesales, Retail and Projects;
Plan and implement long-term development strategies for product categories;
Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities;
Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors in collaboration with sales and purchasing colleagues;
Forecast of orders according demand and product trends in collaboration with sales and purchasing colleagues;
Strategies positioning of a product category in order to maximize its turnover;
Collaborate with the marketing team to push products in the market;
Oriented by objectives to increase the sales volume of products in strong collaboration with the sales teams and marketing;
Checking and managing inventory for various product categories;
Checking carefully and take actions to improve inventory turnover and stock aging:
Design exit strategies for unsuccessful products or brands.
Education: University Degree, preferably in Business Administration/Marketing or Finance (Preferably Master degree);
Work Experiences: At least 3 years work experience in similar profile;
Other interpersonal skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
Ability to maintain confidentiality;
Strong ERP & Reporting experience;
Excellent teamwork skills;
Methodical and organized;
Honesty and integrity;
