Business Developer (Italian Speaker)

Job Description:
As a Business Developer at OpCo, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by reaching out to prospects and introducing them to our comprehensive web development and marketing services. Your primary responsibility will be outbound cold calling, with a target of at least 100 contacts per day, using a highly segmented list of prospects provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound cold calls to small and medium businesses in Italy to propose our web development and marketing services.
-Utilize provided VoIP software to efficiently manage and track calls.
-Engage with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner to highlight the value of our services.
-Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target organizations.
-Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of our services.
-Attend weekly, remote team meetings to optimize outreach strategies and achieve sales targets.
-Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
-Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
Qualifications:
-Fluency in Italian at a native level with no or very little accent.
-Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
-Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
-Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Prior experience in the web development or digital marketing industry is a plus.
