The Estimator Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing service requirements, evaluating costs, and developing accurate estimates for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Working days 14:00 - 23:00 (Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities:
Analyze project specifications and collaborate with stakeholders.
Conduct cost analysis for services using historical data and market trends.
Develop accurate estimates and present them to internal teams and clients.
Participate in bid reviews and negotiations.
Maintain documentation of estimates and monitor project progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience in estimating services.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of project management principles.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
