We are looking for 10 Customer Support in Arabic Language

What you’ll do:
Support the users by inbound calls for technical issues, identifying and managing the hardware and software anomalies found;
Track the assistance activities in the Trouble Ticketing tool (ticket opening, updating, closing and customer notification - ticketing Dynamics tool);
When appropriate, you forward the tickets to the competent structures;
Support the technicians sent to the territory;
Interface with the various company structures for non-standard troubleshooting.
Who you are:
You have knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems (drivers, logging, services, logical units, local paths);
Knowledge of the hw and sw components of PCs and servers;
Experience in network technologies and protocols, routing, switching;
Experience of the main remote connection systems;
Fluent in arabic.
