Managed Services Specialist
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges. Responding to client inquiries and incidents in a timely manner, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with internal teams or third-party vendors to resolve issues effectively.
Main Tasks:
New application or devices installation, configuration and maintenance
Participate in maintenance windows in order to trouble shoot and solve problems and malfunctioning;
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the line manager and in accordance with the job responsibilities.
Hands-on experience in the administration Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), and Azure Active Directory Domain Services is required.
Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, Master’s degree in computer science or a related field is considered an advantage;
Experience and Qualifications: At least 3 years working experience in IT. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
Skills:
Experience with AD, Microsoft Power Automate, cPanel, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud;
Fluent in spoken and written English;
Very good communication and teamwork abilities;
Ability to work as part of a team;
