Using sales & networking to attract candidates to clientsDeveloping a good understanding of clients industry, work culture and environmentHeadhunting - identifying and approaching candidates already in workUsing candidate databases to match candidates to the client's rolesBriefing candidates regarding; clients, role responsibilities, salary and benefitsPreparing CVs and client application related paperworkClient and candidate liaison to arrange interviews and provide post interview feedbackNegotiating salary rates and finalising start dates
