We’re hiring an Underwriting Team Manager
For one of our clients in financial services, we’re looking for a Manager to lead the Underwriting team. This role focuses on people management, team performance, workflow, and process improvement.
What you’ll do:
• Manage daily workflow, priorities, and staffing coverage.
• Coach team members and monitor performance against KPIs, quality standards, and turnaround times.
• Analyze results, prepare performance reports, and address operational challenges.
• Improve processes and collaborate with other departments.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
What we’re looking for:
4+ years of relevant experience, including team supervision or management.
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
Experience with KPIs, performance reporting, and process improvement.
C1 English proficiency.
Experience in financial services, banking, lending, or underwriting is preferred.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, rotating shifts of 2:30 PM–10:30 PM and 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
