JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Title:FIX NETWORKS REGION MANAGERDepartment:Technical Department (Fix Networks)Reports to (role title):Project Manager
Role Purpose:The Fix Networks Region Manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals
Key Acountabilities:
Overseeing daily operations and setting performance objectives.
Responsible for Health and Safety procedures
Supporting Technician for technical and administration problems.
Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations.
Dealing with incident reports, and legal actions.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience required: (Include Professional / Technical and Personal Attributes)
Bachelor’s degree in electronics or a similar field preferred.
Effective in research, planning, problem-solving, critical thinking.
Effective presentation, collaboration, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, especially equipment management and MS Office.
High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Good organizational skills
Proficient in English language.
Ability to work independently.
Driving license.
Key Metrics & Relationships:
Key Metrics:
Reports to the Project Manager
Responsible for fixing all the trouble shouting problems on his Region based on KPIs.
Responsible daily call outs and vehicle management
Relationships:
Regular interaction with Project Manager , Team Leader and Technician.
