is currently recruiting an
IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager
.
The IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security and continuous operation of the company’s IT infrastructure and services. The position reports directly to the CEO and manages a team of two employees.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud environments and end-user systems;
Ensure the availability, security and performance of critical IT systems, minimizing operational downtime;
Oversee network administration, system configurations, software updates, security patches, backups and recovery procedures;
Ensure effective technical support and timely resolution of hardware, software, system and connectivity issues;
Implement and monitor IT security controls, access permissions, endpoint protection and disaster recovery procedures;
Lead infrastructure upgrades, migration, modernization and other IT-related projects;
Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, licenses and technology procurement;
Prepare and monitor the IT budget, ensuring the cost-effective use of resources;
Maintain accurate technical documentation and provide regular reports on IT performance, incidents, security risks and ongoing projects;
Lead, coordinate and develop the IT team, promoting a collaborative and service-oriented working environment.
Requirements for this position are:
Bachelor’s degree
in
Computer Science, Information Technology
or a related field;
Solid experience in
IT Operations, Infrastructure, Systems or Network Management
, including 3–4 years in a
managerial role
;
Hands-on experience with
enterprise networks, servers, storage, virtualization and end-user computing environments;
Experience with
Windows and/or Linux server
administration and
Microsoft Azure, AWS
or other cloud platforms;
Good knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, access controls, backups and disaster recovery solutions;
Knowledge of ITIL principles, IT service management, ISO 27001, data protection requirements;
Experience leading infrastructure implementation, migration or modernization projects;
Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Very good command of English Language.
