Be Safe Health is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team in Tirana.
Main responsibilities:
* Communicating with potential clients via WhatsApp, phone and social media.
* Informing and advising clients about our services, mainly hair transplants and aesthetic treatments.
* Tracking new requests and managing the process from first contact to booking the procedure.
* Presenting Be Safe Health packages and offers in a professional manner.
* Following up with clients and maintaining constant communication with them.
* Collaboration with the medical team and coordinators for patient organization.
Requirements:
* Very good communication and negotiation skills.
* Sales and results orientation.
* Experience in sales, customer service or call center is an advantage.
* Ability to communicate professionally and convincingly with clients.
* Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
* Responsibility, organization and ability to work in a team.
* Knowledge of Turkish at level A1, with the ability to understand and communicate at a basic level.
