Branch Manager
for its branch in
Tirana.
Essential Responsibilities:
Represent the Bank with professionalism and integrity, strengthening its presence and reputation within the local community;
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, businesses and public institutions;
Identify potential business opportunities and contribute to the development of the Bank’s client portfolio;
Monitor economic, commercial and banking developments in the local market;
Lead, coordinate and motivate branch employees toward the achievement of common business and operational objectives;
Monitor branch performance and take appropriate actions to support the achievement of established targets;
Oversee the daily activities of the branch, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and applicable banking regulations;
Promote a high standard of customer service and ensure the effective handling of clients’ needs;
Encourage collaboration within the branch and across the wider branch network;
Contribute ideas and recommendations aimed at improving processes, service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements for this position are:
University degree in
Finance, Economics, Business Administration
or another related field;
Experience in the banking sector in a
managerial position
;
Strong
knowledge of banking products, services, processes and regulations
;
Demonstrated
leadership
and people-management skills;
Very good communication, presentation, coordination and influencing skills;
Strong customer and business orientation;
Very good English;
High level of professionalism, integrity and work ethic.
