We are a dynamic Albania Software House focused on building innovative digital products for local and international clients. We are looking for a passionate Junior UX/UI Designer who is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow alongside our development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with developers and product teams to translate ideas into functional, visually appealing user interfaces.
Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and final high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
Prepare visual assets, edit graphics, and handle layout tasks using Adobe tools to support product interfaces.
Maintain consistency by applying and expanding our existing brand guidelines and design systems.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, senior team members, and clients.
Requirements:
Foundational or intermediate knowledge of
Figma
(or similar UI tools).
Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop
and Illustrator for asset creation and image editing.
Solid understanding of core UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) principles.
A portfolio showcasing personal, academic, or conceptual design projects.
Strong communication skills and self-discipline needed for a productive remote workflow.
Openness to receiving constructive feedback and a strong desire to learn.
Good command of the English language (for internal communication and documentation).
