Role Overview
We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and English comprehension skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks, conduct research online, validate claims made in the content through online research, and work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve analytical tasks and puzzles.
Your role is critical in helping fine-tune and improve large language models (such as GPT), while developing expertise in leveraging AI to become a stronger analyst. This is an opportunity to future-proof your career in an AI-first world.
What does day-to-day look like?
You will spend time answering a variety of analytical questions and creating scenarios that help train LLMs to perform better. Example tasks include:
Based on a given distribution of sales by month across locations, analyze which location has grown the most, considering appropriate time periods and variability.
Solve logical reasoning problems, such as determining delivery schedules based on a set of predefined rules.
Requirements
Multilingual capabilities are mandatory: English and either German or Italian.
Good research and analytical skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid setting.
Ability to commit to up to 40 hours per week during the contract period, with 2–5 hours of overlap with UTC-8 (America/Los_Angeles) each day.
Desktop or laptop with a reliable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field.
Professional writing experience (e.g., business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, translator, etc.).
Understanding of Excel and Google Workspace.
Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.
