    Logistics Manager
    to join our team and support the efficient management of our warehouse and supply chain activities.
    About the Role:
    The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the central warehouse operations and coordinating the flow of goods to our retail stores within Tirana International Airport.
    This role plays a key part in ensuring stock accuracy, efficient inventory management, timely product distribution, and compliance with company quality, safety, and security standards. The successful candidate will also lead the warehouse team and work closely with operational departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless daily operations.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Warehouse & Inventory Management
    Manage the day-to-day operations of the central warehouse in Rinas.
    Oversee goods receiving, storage, stock movements, and replenishment activities.
    Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy at all times.
    Organize and supervise inventory counts and stock audits.
    Maintain accurate data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
    Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, and overstock situations.
    Logistics & Distribution
    Coordinate product transfers from the warehouse to airport retail stores.
    Ensure timely and accurate order preparation and dispatch.
    Optimize warehouse space utilization and product flow.
    Monitor compliance between orders, deliveries, and stock transfers.
    Compliance, Safety & Quality
    Ensure compliance with company procedures, operational standards, and the Known Supplier Security Program.
    Maintain high standards of warehouse safety, security, hygiene, and operational quality.
    Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and internal policies.
    Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment, tools, and facilities.
    Team Leadership
    Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team.
    Organize staffing resources and approve leave requests.
    Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training.
    Support operational activities whenever required.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with Store Managers, Operations Teams, Customs Authorities, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
    Candidate Profile:
    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain functions.
    Experience in retail, FMCG, distribution, or travel retail environments is considered an advantage.
    Skills & Competencies
    Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations.
    Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
    Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
    Ability to manage teams and drive performance through KPIs.
    Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and warehouse compliance procedures.
    Excellent communication and coordination skills.
    Good command of English, both written and spoken.
    Working Conditions

    Location:
    Tirana Business Park / Tirana International Airport Warehouse

    Working Hours
    Full-time – 40 hours per week
    Monday to Friday
    09:00 – 17:00
