Job Summary
Green Coast Hotel is seeking a passionate and service-oriented
Seasonal Barista
to join our team during the summer season. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while ensuring an excellent guest experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other hot and cold beverages
Ensure consistency and quality in all beverages served
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
Work closely with the F&B team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience as a barista is preferred
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and professional appearance
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
