Job Summary
Green Coast Hotel is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
Seasonal Bartender
to join our Food & Beverage team during the summer season. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while delivering an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced and high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards
Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Ensure proper stock control, storage, and inventory of bar supplies
Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
Handle payments and operate the POS system when required
Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure smooth service operations
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or beach bar is required
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
