Role purpose
: To lead, direct, monitor and develop telesales agents to make sales and earn high satisfaction from customers; obtain excellent records in call quality and sales delivery.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Be inspiring leader, energized to motivate team members to abide by company’s goals
Problem handling and solving ability
Flexible and proactive
Ability to target and create and action plan.
Provide constant feedback to the team members, stakeholders and management.
Interact closely with other team members in the course of work to ensure that everyone is carried along and updated on work progress in order to achieve maximum results
Maintain healthy group dynamics
Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance
Lead the team by setting a good example
Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results.
Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills
Monitor and develop the team constantly with the purpose of reaching the goals.
Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders of the activities
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Proven hands on experience on Telesales floor management and/or Telesales department
Industry, market and competition knowledge
High communication, influence and negotiation skills
Familiar & passionate about new Technologies
Be innovative, sharp, flexible and open minded
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills across functions
Telecommunication industry or other industries with high focus on telesales
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to judge and manage multiple priorities under tight project deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Albanian and English languages
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel, Power point)
