On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused
Customer Support Representative
to join their team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, patient, empathetic, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Actively try to solve problems, show service awareness, and provide a good contact experience.
According to the training requirements, respond to members seriously and present the profession of customer service.
Hand over and follow up the unresolved problems of members, and communicate well with other departments to deal with them.
Prior experience in customer service is preferred; such candidates will be given priority consideration.
Requirements and Qualifications
Fluent English.
Previous experience in customer service industry more than 6 months
Knowledge of sports and i-gaming
Bachelor degree or above
Ability to work independently and follow a shift work schedule
Female candidates are preferred, but male candidates with customer service experience will also be given priority consideration.
