On behalf of a well-established private university operating in the Albanian market, we are seeking an HR Generalist who will play a key role in managing human resources and providing direct support to the CEO in strategic and operational decision-making related to human capital.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and selection processes for both academic and administrative staff
Coordinate onboarding and integration of new employees
Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with institutional objectives
Contribute to building and strengthening organizational culture
Monitor organizational structure and propose improvements
Support the CEO on matters related to academic staff management and organizational structuring
Prepare analyses and reports on staff performance, organizational structure, and HR needs
Coordinate internal initiatives and development projects
Act as a liaison between management and staff on various organizational matters
Ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support core HR documentation and legal compliance processes
Collaborate with the finance department on compensation and benefits matters
Profile Requirements
University degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Psychology, or related fields
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in roles with exposure to management
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across different management levels
High level of discretion and professionalism
Knowledge of Albanian labor legislation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good command of the English language (preferred)
