Support Infrastructure Engineer - IT Infrastructure & Service Management Department
Tasks
• Following up on pending requests made by the business units or end users.
• Limited Support for Active Directory Services,
• Support the implementation, running and upgrading of software products.
• Identify and resolve issues with applications and cloud platforms.
• Proactively monitor alerts and/or notifications and address the issue or assign as required to other teams for resolution.
• Document and close resolved incidents according to agreed procedures.
• Support databases servers for small applications services.
• Provide troubleshooting and maintenance for end user services accessibility, like active directory account, email, internet, file access or other issues.
• Following up on system malfunctions with the suppliers.
• Provide troubleshooting and maintenance regarding Microsoft services issues.
• Monitors server utilization and gathers trend data for reporting.
• Monitor and maintain information to address budgeting, software license and, contracts
• Performs tasks such as file processing and support.
• Monitoring current usage, projecting future resource usage, on azure cloud.
• Monitor and report SLA for respective systems.
• Effectively communicates relevant practice information to superiors.
• Provide technical guidance across teams.
• Effectively communicates relevant practice information to superiors.
Requirements
Has graduated from an IT discipline of a university.
• Has at least 1 years’ experience in MS Windows Administration or Azure Cloud services,
• Has proper knowledge of English Language.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Has proven knowledge in Windows Administration.
• Basic understanding of networking and knowledge of network protocols, IPv4, VLANs, DNS etc.
• Information Security related topics understanding.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding or hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience or willing to learn CI/CD pipelines, (preferred Azure DevOps)
• Certification in Azure, Microsoft are a plus.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Administration, Monitoring is a plus
