Job Opening: Track & Trace Specialist (Logistics Brokerage)
Location: Remote (Only candidates living in Tirana)
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday to Friday,
Night Shift – 8 hours
)
We are seeking a Track & Trace Specialist to join our logistics brokerage team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth shipment operations through consistent communication with carriers, drivers, and customers.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and track shipments in real time
• Call and email drivers for updates on load status, ETAs, delays, and delivery confirmations
• Communicate shipment updates clearly and professionally to customers
• Enter accurate and timely data into our transportation management system (TMS)
• Resolve issues related to delays, route changes, or service disruptions
• Provide excellent customer service to carriers, shippers, and consignees
• Support dispatch and operations teams as needed
Qualifications
• Strong English speaking and writing skills
• Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using technology (tracking tools, spreadsheets, TMS, etc.)
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure
