Key Responsibilities
Manuscript Preparation
Structure and format of research papers according to international journal standards (AMA, APA, IEEE, etc.)
Technical & Language Editing
Correct grammatical issues and refine clarity, coherence, and tone
Ensure consistency in academic, technical, and discipline-specific terminology
Submission Support
Prepare cover letters, author declarations, and assist with submission portals
Requirements
Language:
Excellent command of academic English (essential for all backgrounds)
Technical Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Word proficiency (
LaTeX is a plus for CS applicants
)
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to meet strict deadlines
Additional Role Conditions (Important)
Applicants Without Prior Experience
If you meet the essential requirements—
strong English writing skills and Microsoft Word proficiency
—but do not have prior editing experience, the role will be conducted
fully on-site

Experienced Applicants (3+ Years)
Candidates with more than three years of academic editing experience may be offered
hybrid or remote flexibility
, following a successful
in-person interview
