Are you known for your meticulous working style? Do you have a constant drive to improve processes and set new standards in controlling? Join our Controlling team in monitoring and accurately analyzing invoice data and creating controlling processes in a timely manner.
What you will tackle:
Document and validate invoices from our partners, solve discrepancies with internal and external stakeholdersTake responsibility for cost data, restructure and upload files to our internal database to ensure high data qualityTogether with your team, you assure the compliance of internal and external stakeholders with the agreed processes and controlling standardsCreate reports and data analysis that supports P&L and balance sheet processes, highlight discrepancies between estimated and actual costs,Suggest cost saving measures and contribute to automatization of data processing
What you are good at:
You have a bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or in another relevant fieldSelf-starter with a hands-on mentality and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical skills and attention to details;Strong desire for improvement and the determination to see it throughFluency in English, German is a plusProficient in using Excel spreadsheets and enthusiastic about working with numbers
