Finance & operation assistant
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana for a Finance & Operation Assistant. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our accounting and finance operations for a roofing company based in the United States. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle both finance and basic operational tasks.
Working Hours:
2:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Albania time zone)
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Record and organize financial transactions
- Reconcile bank and vendor accounts
- Support month-end closing processes
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with basic financial reporting
- Support day-to-day operational tasks and coordination
- Help ensure internal processes run smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or currently studying)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Good Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Strong English skills required for daily communication with a US-based team.
