CUSTOMER CARE & LOGISTIC – REMOTE (ALBANIA)
Luxurbe, a company specialized in premium tourism experiences in Rome and Florence, is looking for a Customer Care & Logistic figure to be added to its operative team.
The resource will have a central role in the daily management of operations, in direct contact with the client and in the logistic coordination of services, with particular attention to the management of vehicles and Tour Leaders.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The selected figure will occupy the complete management of the operational flow of the tour, from the communication with the client to the internal organization of the service.
Specifically:
Management of communications with the client (before, during and after the tour) via chat, email and phone
Monitoring of bookings from OTA platforms (GetYourGuide, Viator, etc.)
Coordinamento dei Tour Leader e supporto nelle assegnazioni operative
Vehicle logistics management (assignment, availability, organization of use)
Supervision of turnover and optimization of operational resources
Management of last minute changes and operational criticality
Quality control of service and continuous improvement of operations
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent and professional
knowledge of English and Italian (obligatory)
Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici
Strong organizational capacity and attention to detail
Capacità di lavorare sotto pressure e gestire complesse operative situations
Attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione autonoma delle attività
Previous experience in customer care, logistics or tourism (preferable)
PLUS
Experience with OTA platforms (GetYourGuide, Viator, Airbnb Experiences)
Experience in operational management of tourist services or vehicle fleets
Capacità di coordination di operativei team
WORKING HOURS
Il ruolo prevedi tournazioni su diverse fasce horarie (morning, pomeriggio, sera), including weekends and holidays, in base alle exigencia operativo.
