motivated and detail-oriented Lawyer
to join our Tirana office.
Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing commercial and civil contracts
Preparing administrative appeals
Providing legal opinions for client matters
Communicating with public institutions for licenses and permits
Representation before courts and administrative authorities
Conducting legal research and supporting internal projects
Qualifications
Law degree; lawyer license;
Experience or strong interest in commercial law and labor law is an advantage;
Excellent critical thinking, research, and communication skills;
Ability to work independently and in a team to develop effective case strategies;
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Attention to detail and ability to adapt in a dynamic professional environment;
Very good knowledge of English (Italian language is a plus).
