We are looking for an energetic, flexible and confident individual to join our Team in the job position:
Assistant Audio-Visual Technician
Essential Job Duties:
Meeting with Event Team to discuss audio, lighting, and video requirements
Altering venue arrangements according to layout plans
Laying electrical and sound cables
Setting up and installing microphones, lights, video monitors, projectors, speakers, and video cameras
Conducting sound, visual, and performance quality checks on AV equipment
Assisting in mounting and inspecting electronic equipment to ensure they conform to health and safety regulations
Operating sound and visual equipment during live events
Assisting in troubleshooting equipment and ensuring events run smoothly
Maintaining strong customer relations
Disassembling audio and visual equipment and packing up after the event
Reirements:
Education in professional technical school or a similar field (preferred but not obligatory)
Previous experience working as an AV technician
Knowledge of sound and video equipment
Familiarity with computers and IP Networking Systems
Troubleshooting skills
A keen eye for detail
Good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift necessary equipment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of English language
