Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
Respond to inquiries and provide clear, helpful information about services
Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests efficiently
Follow up to ensure all issues are resolved to client satisfaction
Keep clients informed with timely updates on ongoing services
Maintain accurate records of communications and service requests in the CRM system
Ensure all appointments and service details are clearly communicated
Build long-term relationships through excellent service and support
Qualifications
Experience in customer service, property management, or coordination roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle multiple requests while maintaining attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office tools
