Master's degree

We value clarity, accuracy, and a strong command of academic writing.
Key Responsibilities
Manuscript Preparation
Structuring and formatting research papers according to international journal standards (AMA, APA, IEEE, etc.).
Technical Editing
Fixing grammatical issues and ensuring clarity and consistency in academic and technical terminology.
Submission Support
Preparing cover letters, author declarations, and navigating submission portals.
Requirements
Language:
Excellent command of Academic English.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Word proficiency (LaTeX is a plus for CS applicants).
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, commitment to deadlines, and ability to meet strict editorial standards.
Additional Role Conditions (Important)
Applicants without prior experience
If you meet the essential requirements—
strong English writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word
—but do not have previous editing experience, the role will be conducted
in person
.
Experienced applicants (3+ years)
Candidates with
more than three years of academic editing experience
will be offered the position
online
, following a successful
in-person interview
.
