to join our team in our Tirana office. In this role, you will primarily handle inbound phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information to assist customers
Work full-time from the office
Available working shifts:
09:00–18:00
or
10:00–19:00
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in both spoken and written English
Previous experience in customer service or support is an advantage
