Sales & Marketing Representative
Location
Tirana | Regional scope activities: Western Balkans & EU
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to support the membership growth of the organization
and a portfolio of executive leadership & sales programs.
This is a commercial execution role. You will work directly with the Founder & President, supporting outreach, lead qualification, follow-ups,
and membership/program sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential corporate members, partners, and stakeholders
• Manage outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, direct contact)
• Qualify leads and book meetings for senior leadership
• Sell membership packages
• Maintain CRM, pipelines, and reporting
• Support promotion of events, roundtables, and initiatives
• Generate corporate leads for sales & leadership programs (HR, L&D, CEOs)
• Follow up on proposals and expressions of interest

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• 2–4 years experience in B2B sales or business development
• Strong English communication (spoken & written)
• Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and closing conversations
• Organized, disciplined, CRM-friendly
• Coachable and able to execute predefined scripts
• Professional presence and reliability
Nice to Have:
• Experience with associations, chambers, consulting, or training services
* Degree & Master Degree in Marketing
• Familiarity with EU projects, memberships, or corporate services
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
* Working level skills with any major European language (such as German or French)
