COMMERCEY (http://commercey.co) is looking for a motivated and capable professional to join a fast-growing company
in a dynamic and stimulating environment, for one of our projects, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to engage in the daily management of customer support activities for a service-based company and will support the team in the following tasks: order management, customer assistance, and logistical coordination.
The candidate will receive thorough initial training, which will continue on an ongoing basis throughout the employment period,
focusing on the use of the company’s IT systems. A complete overview of the company’s operations and its specialized sector will also be provided.
The company’s primary objective is to enable the candidate to develop role-specific competencies through these activities and to support appropriate professional growth.
Essential Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of the English language (B2/C1 level)
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good understanding of e-commerce
Flexibility to work from home
