Call Center Specialist
Purpose of the position: Support Customer on direct contact channels & social media. Provide superior experience by resolving customer concerns and deliver brand promises.
Main Tasks:
Answer politely and correctly to the customers’ demands through inbound calls on Network, services, procedures and tariffs.
Informing politely and correctly the customers through outbound calls about the purpose of the campaigns as: billing, retention, marketing, satisfactions and on Network and services, procedures and tariffs.
Answers politely and correctly to the One Shops, Master Agent’s demands arrived through inbound calls and SR on Network, services, procedures and tariffs.
Identify, support and solve different problems and complaints of customers according to the Call Centre procedures and One policy.
Perform outbound calls for MMS/GPRS/Data & Fax service configuration.
Activation/deactivation of customer service through E-Pos/Logica/provisioning Client according to the Call Centre procedures.
Interact with another team to solve customers’ technical problems.
Activate and deactivate services using E-Pos/Logica/provisioning Client/BSCS application according to requests received through SR or calls from Shops & Customers.
Answer correctly to customers’ demands through social media.
Education: University degree.
Experience and Qualifications: 1 year preferable in similar areas of customer support for the shop.
