Position Summary
The Service Coordinator helps support daily agency's services by checking that scheduled
visits were completed. This role mainly involves calling aides to confirm visits when they
did not clock in or out using our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact aides to confirm visits and update the patient’s schedule/calendar as needed.
- Ask aides for visit start and end times when they're missing.
- Help aides understand how to properly use the clock in/out systems.
- Record confirmed visit information accurately.
- Communicate with scheduling or billing teams when issues are resolved.
- Keep clear notes and follow up when needed.
Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience in home care is helpful but not required.
