We’re looking for an energetic and customer-driven Sales Desk Agent to join our airport team. If you enjoy talking to people, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and promote company services
Handle bookings, contracts, and payments
Upsell products and services to new customers
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (English required). Additional languages preferred: Italian, Spanish, German, or French
Sales-oriented mindset and confident attitude
Basic computer skills
Sales or customer service experience is required. Previous experience in tourism is a plus
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Driving License - B
