Job Overview:
Qterra Property Management is expanding, and we are seeking a reliable Customer Care Representative to support our residents and assist with basic maintenance coordination for our residential properties. If you are organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling service requests, we’d be happy to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer and resident inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures.
Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
Log, track, and follow up on maintenance requests and service issues.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors for minor repairs and service scheduling.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, maintenance requests, and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
Follow company communication guidelines while personalizing interactions when appropriate.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, property management, or a related role preferred.
Basic understanding of maintenance processes or willingness to learn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Calm, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable using computer systems, CRM platforms, and office software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
