    HVAC Account Manager​
    Location: In-Office — Tirane, Kompleksi Square 21
    Schedule: Full-Time | 15:00 – 23:00
    Reports To: Senior Account Manager & Lead Account Manager
    ​ About the Role​We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HVAC Account Manager to support our expanding operations team. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to our Sales Representatives—supporting presale activities, managing the HVAC CRM pipeline, and ensuring a seamless journey from prospect to satisfied customer.
    You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, maintain operational excellence, and contribute to long-term business growth in a fast-paced, U.S.-focused environment.
    Key Responsibilities​
    Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HVAC projects, ensuring an excellent client experience from start to finish
    Maintain and manage the HVAC CRM pipeline, ensuring:
    Automations function correctly
    Project statuses are accurate and up to date
    All required fields and documentation are completed
    Support Sales Representatives during presale processes, including:
    Proposal preparation
    Account and project research
    Coordination of required documentation
    Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to align resources, timelines, and client expectations
    Track project deliverables and deadlines, ensuring milestones are met with quality and efficiency
    Prepare and share regular reports on account health, project status, and key performance metrics
    Proactively identify and resolve issues, maintaining strong and professional client relationships
    Ensure all activities, communications, and updates are properly documented in the CRM system
    Participate in virtual meetings, calls, and client follow-ups during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
    ​ Qualifications​
    Proven ability to manage multiple projects and support presale initiatives
    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
    A collaborative, proactive mindset with a strong client-first approach
    Compensation & Growth​ Starting Salary: 80,000 ALL / month
