Position PurposeThe Finance Manager is responsible for the remote financial management, control, and reporting of Henry Resort, ensuring financial accuracy, cost control, compliance with Albanian fiscal legislation, and transparent reporting to Elite Hospitality and ownership.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Control
Manage and supervise all accounting and financial records for Henry Resort
Ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and payroll costs
Monitor cash flow, bank accounts, and financial transactions
Supervise month-end and year-end financial closing
Ensure proper cost allocation by department
Budgeting & Financial Planning
Prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts
Analyze variances between budget and actual performance
Support management with financial insights and recommendations
Monitor profitability, margins, and cost ratios
Compliance & Fiscal Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Albanian tax legislation and reporting requirements
Supervise VAT, payroll taxes, and statutory declarations
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors
Ensure proper documentation for inspections and audits
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular financial reports (P&L, cash flow, cost analysis)
Provide financial KPIs to management (labor cost %, food cost %, GOP)
Support decision-making with accurate and timely financial data
Report financial risks and irregularities
Internal Controls & Coordination
Implement Elite Hospitality financial policies and approval workflows
Coordinate remotely with Procurement, HR, and Hotel Manager
Supervise inventory controls and stock reporting
Support fraud prevention and internal control mechanisms
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
Hospitality or multi-unit experience is a strong advantage
Strong knowledge of Albanian tax and labor-related financial regulations
Experience managing finances remotely is an advantage

Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
