Seasonal T&C Executive – Payroll & Staff Accounting
Green Coast Hotel (April – September)
The Seasonal T&C Executive is responsible for managing payroll, staff accounting, and related administrative tasks during the busy season (April to September) at Green Coast Hotel. This role supports the Human Resources and Finance departments by ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and maintaining staff records in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and process payroll for hotel staff accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
Maintain and update staff attendance, leave records, and related payroll documentation.
Handle staff accounting tasks including salary advances, deductions, reimbursements, and benefits tracking.
Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist with employee data management, including contracts, personal files, and confidential information.
Support month-end and year-end reporting related to payroll and staff expenses.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies during payroll processing.
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and accounting issues promptly and professionally.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation required for audits or inspections during the seasonal period.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in payroll processing, staff accounting, or a similar role is preferred.
Good knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines during the busy season.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
Fluency in English; knowledge of local language(s) is a plus.
