Seasonal Reception Operator – Green Coast Hotel (May – September)
The Seasonal Reception Operator at Green Coast Hotel is responsible for assisting guests at the front desk, handling phone calls, and supporting smooth front office operations during the peak season (May to September). This role ensures excellent guest service and efficient daily operations during the busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Greet and assist guests at the front desk, providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Manage reservations, bookings, and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Support check-in and check-out procedures under the supervision of the front office team.
Respond to guest requests and issues courteously and efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks such as email correspondence, record keeping, and handling payments.
Maintain the front desk and lobby area organized and presentable.
Ensure all guest interactions reflect the hotel’s standards for professionalism and customer service.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with phone systems.
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays during the season.
